Change of Mind Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Mini + Mum is a small, family-owned Australian business with very small profit margins. We carefully select and wholesale high-quality products, and while we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind at this time, we are happy to provide in-store exchanges or store credits within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
Please note that exchanges cannot be processed via post.
If Something Arrives Incorrect or Faulty
We want your order to be exactly right. Please check your items when they arrive and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective
- Your item is damaged
- You’ve received the wrong item
This allows us to quickly assess the issue and resolve it. If an item is faulty, defective, or not fit for use, we will provide a refund.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method, including gift card purchases. If your purchase was made using an EFTPOS gift card, the refund will be returned to the same card. Alternative refund methods are not available.
