Shipping Information

All products are shipped from our store located at Stockland Green Hills.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–7 business days from the date of purchase. Dispatch times may vary due to stock availability, order volume, or during peak trading periods. In such cases, we reserve the right to extend dispatch times up to 14 business days. 

Orders are dispatched every Thursday afternoon during staff transitions. To ensure your order is shipped in the same week, please place it before Thursday.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by the selected shipping service and the carrier. While we endeavour to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are correct, as we are unable to take responsibility for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information.

Pick Up Information

Pick up is available from our Stockland Green Hills store.

Orders placed for pick up are generally ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.

Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your collection notification. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
